We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to deliver our services:

• Communication Data — Messages and support tickets submitted through our channels.
• Commercial Data — Service agreements and billing records required to fulfil contracts.

Data is collected on the basis of explicit user consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate business interest. We do not sell data to third parties.

By submitting a contact form or engaging with our services, you provide explicit consent for us to process your data. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@btmlab.me. Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 business days.

Data may be stored and processed in Armenia and on cloud infrastructure operated by trusted third-party providers. All cross-border transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards including AES-256 encryption, Data Processing Agreements with all vendors, and strict role-based access controls.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Contact inquiry data is held for 12 months, service records for 3 years post-engagement, security logs for 90 days, and billing records for 7 years as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; receive a portable copy; object to processing; and lodge a complaint. To exercise any right, email privacy@btmlab.me. We respond within 30 days.

We use AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach posing significant risk, we will notify relevant parties within 72 hours.

This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser; some site features may be affected.

Our services are for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
